Shipping Policy

We work hard to get Shark Math Power into your hands quickly.

Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive in 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and location.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for promotional offers.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Damaged or missing items: If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days at info@sharkmathpower.com.

We want you to feel confident with Shark Math Power.

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Returned items must be in original condition and include all components.
Process: To start a return, contact us at info@sharkmathpower.com with your order number. We'll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange for another set, let us know — we'll make it easy.

Shark Math Power products are built to last through years of play.

Coverage: All products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What's Covered: Broken or defective game boards, missing or damaged parts that arrived unusable.
What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Process: If you believe your product has a defect, contact us at info@sharkmathpower.com with photos and your order number. We'll repair or replace defective items at no additional cost.
